The infrastructure, integrity, and insight to help you capture long-term value in a dynamic global market.

To empower global partnerships through transparent trade, responsible sourcing, and investor-aligned strategy.
Investor-aligned strategy isn't a tagline. It's the way we operate. Every trade runs through direct supplier relationships, locked-in pricing, and in-house compliance — so capital partners see performance in the terms that actually matter.
No outsourced risk. No opaque intermediaries. Just legacy networks, modern execution, and the same steady hand that's guided this business for over twenty years.
Two partners. Decades of combined experience in global commodities, facilities operations, and cross-border trade. Relationship-driven leadership is not a slogan here — it's how this company was built.
Ghiyath Sebiti
Ghiyath Sebiti is the founder and President of GM Global Holdings, Inc., bringing decades of experience in global commodities, logistics, and cross-border trade. Originally from Syria, Ghiyath built a successful commodities business before relocating to the United States under difficult political circumstances. Starting over with integrity and ambition, he joined PMM Companies in 1999, where he quickly advanced through multiple leadership roles, ultimately overseeing hundreds of employees as a Director.
In 2016, Ghiyath returned to his entrepreneurial roots by launching GM Global Holdings. His early success attracted the attention of longtime colleague and PMM partner Mitch Lustig, who became a key investor and later joined the company as a partner. Together, they've scaled GM Global into a respected international trade platform rooted in long-term relationships, trust, and sustainable growth.
Mitch Lustig is a longtime partner in PMM Companies, a family-owned facilities management firm founded in 1977 and now one of the largest commercial janitorial and facility services organizations in the Washington, DC / Maryland / Virginia region — 1,000+ employees, 30M+ sq ft serviced. Mitch joined PMM as a partner in 1989, bringing corporate sales and marketing experience that helped scale the company from residential origins to a commercial industry leader.
Mitch was an early supporter of Ghiyath's vision for GM Global Holdings, recognizing the leadership and integrity of a longtime PMM executive. In 2016, Mitch formally joined GM Global as a partner, bringing his strategic experience and extensive business network to help scale the company's international operations.
